What is available.
Tremunaki offers three small browser games: Emberpond Drift, Acorn Gold Trail and Pineglow Pins. Nine other catalogue entries describe developing concepts. Their artwork and design notes do not mean a finished game exists, and no release schedule is guaranteed.
Play is free to access on this site. We do not sell upgrades, take entry fees or provide a prize for a score. Coins in Acorn Gold Trail are fictional score markers; they cannot be purchased, transferred, exchanged or redeemed. There is no account balance.
Use the site considerately.
You may browse and play for personal enjoyment. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access private records, automate abusive submissions or use the forms to impersonate another person. Avoid activities that prevent other visitors from using the catalogue.
The artwork, writing and game implementation are provided as part of Tremunaki. Visiting the site does not grant permission to redistribute the whole collection, remove attribution or present its material as your own. Separately licensed software retains its applicable licence terms.
Ratings and trail notes.
Submit a rating that reflects your experience of the game. A browser's later rating replaces its earlier one. This is a lightweight community feature rather than a verified purchaser system or a scientific survey. A low number of votes should be interpreted accordingly.
When you post a note, choose a name you are comfortable showing publicly. Keep the message related to the game. Harassment, threats, private information, promotional links and attempts to insert executable markup are not acceptable. We may remove material that undermines the conversation or the service.
You retain responsibility for the text you submit and give Tremunaki permission to display it as part of the relevant game discussion. If you need a note corrected or removed, identify it through the private contact form.
Availability and your device.
The games need a browser with JavaScript and canvas support. Network conditions, browser settings and device performance can affect play. We aim for useful controls and readable pages, but cannot promise continuous availability or identical performance on every device.
A round may be lost if you reload, navigate away or close the tab. Session best scores are not permanent records. Optional favourites remain on the device only when memory is enabled and site data has not been cleared.
Limits and changes.
Descriptions and design plans may change as the catalogue develops. We can correct faults, revise mechanics or retire a concept. We will keep the displayed status truthful rather than promise that every idea will ship.
These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law. Nothing here is a promise of professional advice, a financial return or a guaranteed outcome from playing. If something on the site is inaccurate or causes a problem, contact us with enough detail to investigate.
